Time is changing. In a few decades, things that we consider as normal today would change considerably. What we hear in reports like the one by MUHU would soon become shameful practices and inhuman treatment of fellow human beings just like the institution of slavery not too long ago.
The denial and the resistance by those in the position of power is understandable but it doesn’t have any chance to last longer.
The days of systemic discrimination are numbered no matter how unbelievable it might sound in the face of supervisors/managers’ disrespectful attitude. In this case, they treated staff disrespectfully – verbally assaulted, harassed and humiliated. Unbelievable.
