Overcoming racism to advance economic opportunity

We have so much to learn from others’ good work without reinventing the wheel. Thanks to Covid, since the pandemic, there has been an encouraging focus on equitable economic recovery.
However, this study suggests we keep a few things in mind.
1) future of many children is determined by their skin colour and postal code, which means place still matters.
2) we all suffer when children suffer due to racial disparity, which is the result of conscious policy choices;
3) to blunt the worst effects of poverty, economic recovery must focus on putting families on the path to economic mobility.

    Excellent read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing a little research on that. And he just bought me lunch since I found it for him smile Thus let me rephrase that: Thank you for lunch! “But O the truth, the truth. The many eyes That look on it The diverse things they see.” by George Meredith.
