Very sad to hear about the passing of Rabbi Bulka today. My condolences to his family and friends. Rabbi Bulka will always remain in my prayers and my heart as a kind image and mentor. I will never forget this kind hug from one of the kindest and most thoughtful persons I have ever met. May his soul rest in peace.
I am sorry for the loss to Rabbi Bulka’s family and the community here in Ottawa. Losing such a kind person can be a difficult and painful, but it is important to remember the good times and the memories Rabbi Bulka shared and the kind of initiatives he started. It may take time, but in time the pain will fade and the outcome of his work will bring peace to Ottawa. In death as in life we always have to reflect on the Good things. Thanks to the dear Rabbi, we have a Kindness Week and United for All in Canada
